What is Horse Country Bootcamp??
Well, we have decided to implement a new program that will be suited for all fitness levels and be required for all of our new athletes. The bootcamp wods will follow the same style of programming that has been very effective for our athletes but will allow the coaches more options for scaling to accommodate all fitness levels with less emphasis on heavy dynamic lifts. These are not watered down workouts. These workouts will be challenging for all of our athletes and will offer great metabolic conditioning for even the strongest athletes. These workouts will focus on the 10 domains that define fitness:
1. cardiovascular/respiratory endurance
Each day will be a different and challenging workout! So if you're tired of the same old thing then come see why so many have chosen CrossFit as their fitness program.

Skill- 5x5 Back Squats. Work on proper form and technique with a manageable weight.
3 rounds for time
20 wall balls
10 knees to elbow (abmats for scaling)
Intro to Snatch
5 rounds for time
15 G2OH (plate)
Skill/Strength: 3 rounds
Front Racked Lunges x 10
30 sec rest
Turkish Get-ups x 2
30 sec rest
Four rounds for max reps of:
60 seconds Row for Calories
60 seconds Push-Ups
60 seconds Strict Pull-Ups/Ring Rows
60 seconds of Rest
Six sets of:
Against a 2 minute running clock, complete the following:
Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets
