We strongly recommend eating Paleo. Follow these rules...Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no Sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. It is simple!

Support your local farmers! Community share agriculture programs are excellent ways to buy local organic veggies, eggs, grassfed and free range meats. Start researching what is available in your area. Local farmer's markets are also excellent ways to support your local farmer and eat healthy. Danville has a great farmer's market that I hope all of our members will support.
